What is the Women for Change structure?

WFAC TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees determines the strategy, mission, goals and objectives of WFAC. They oversee and manage affairs of WFAC International and provide guidance and support to the teams of Coordinators.

COUNTRY COORDINATORS
Our Country Coordinators enable WFAC to develop projects in individual countries and appointing a Country Coordinator is the first step to establishing WFAC in the respective country.
A WFAC Country Coordinator is responsible for running the respective online country group and, as such time as the group is ready, registering WFAC in her country and exploring fundraising regulations there. She brings together a committee for her country.
With the help of WFAC International, the committee researches which women’s issues are most relevant and identifies the best ways to provide support.
The committee is responsible for applying for funding, appointing project leaders and developing projects. The Country Coordinator and her committee will also help women to set up Local WFAC Groups, throughout the country. These are independent, women’s self-help groups affiliated to WFAC.

PROJECT COORDINATORS
A WFAC Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the relevant project, including working with our Volunteers Coordinator to bring together a team of volunteers to assist with the work.
